General Terms & Conditions / Cancellation Policy

• Check-in: 14:00 HRS, Check-out: 12:00 Noon.
• Early Check In & Late Check out would attract an extra charge of an additional night.
• The tariff is in Indian Rupees (INR).
• All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.

INDIAN NATIONALS:
As per Govt. of India regulations, all Indian nationals (adults & children) are required to provide a proof of identity such as Driving License, Voter’s ID, Aadhar
Card or Passport, at the time of check–in.
FOREIGN NATIONALS:
All foreign nationals are required to produce their valid Passports and Visa, at the time of check in.

• Maximum occupancy per room is 3 person including adult or child.
• Extra Bed / Roll Away Bed will be charged additional.

Standard policy:
The Booking will be confirmed on a 50% advance payment and balance 15 days before the arrival.
Free cancellation, modification accepted up to 15 days before the Check-in.
100% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended within the15 days of the arrival.
100 % retention charge will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.
Refunds will attract 10% of administration charges.

Force Majeure Clause:
Further, in the event of a Force Majeure, ‘Our Native Village’ shall not charge retention for Any cancellation or change of the reservation made by the Guests, or That part of the reservation that was not consumed by the guests who are affected by the Force Majeure Event.
However, ‘Our Native Village’ shall at its own discretion provide the client a credit note that is valid till the claim-by-date defined by Our Native Village Eco Resort. The client will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter in respect of the same.
